Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Cesar moved to Miami at the age of 17 to pursue his education at Florida International University. He earned a degree in International Relations and Political Science, followed by two master’s degrees in International Business and Finance, building a strong foundation in global markets and client relations.

As a native Spanish speaker, Cesar is uniquely positioned to assist a diverse, international clientele, particularly within Miami’s global yachting market. With over five years of experience in sales and management within the yacht service industry, he has successfully overseen major projects and refits for both yacht owners and dealers. His ability to build strong relationships with key industry vendors allows him to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific needs.
