Cesar was born in Caracas, Venezuela. At 17, he moved to Miami, Florida, to attend Florida International University (FIU), where he earned a degree in International Relations and Political Science, followed by two master’s degrees in International Business and Global Finance.

Cesar’s lifelong passion for boating, fostered through family trips during his youth, laid the foundation for his successful career in the boat service industry. As he transitions into yacht sales, Cesar combines his expertise and enthusiasm to guide clients through every step of the process. His dedication ensures that each experience is seamless, enjoyable, and customized to meet individual needs.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their beloved dog, Molly. A passionate traveler and music enthusiast, he loves exploring new cultures and attending live concerts. With his warm and approachable nature, Cesar forms meaningful relationships with his clients, cultivating trust and genuine partnerships.
