Ed Grimpe

Ed has spent a lifetime on the water since boating with his family on the Long Island Sound and later in South Jersey. He transitioned to South Florida and attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned a BBA in Corporate Management graduating with high honors.

Ed has a diverse background in professional sales, executive leadership and financial services, including a 30-year career in wealth management. When Ed is not assisting clients with their yacht sale needs, he works with select families guiding their wealth management and portfolio strategy. Ed’s financial expertise is especially important when helping clients evaluate significant yacht purchases and integrating their yachting budget into their overall financial plan.

Ed lives on the water just a few blocks from the One Water Yacht Group office in Dania Beach, Florida. He has cruised throughout South Florida, the Florida Keys and Bahamas for more than 40 years. Ed has a passion for music and can be found with his guitar, singing on some stage in the Fort Lauderdale area when he’s not traveling to the Keys, Bahamas or other warm destinations. Ed has two children, Jordan and Zach and three precious grandchildren Henry, Polly and Caroline.
