After working in commercial real estate for over 30 years in both North and South Carolina, I moved to Hilton Head Island and now live at Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek. I have had a vacation home on the island for 21 years and have been a full-time resident the last six years. I hold a USCG 100 Ton Master Captains license and am a licensed Florida broker. I have been able to apply the experience and skills I received in real estate to the boating industry. I have an Economics degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and still hold my South Carolina real estate broker’s license. My family and I have enjoyed traveling up and down the Intracoastal Waterway and boating in the Coastal Empire for the past twenty years. The greatest satisfaction I get from the boat brokerage industry is helping people with all their boating needs whether it be buyers or sellers. It is great to become lifelong friends with the people that started out as clients.
