Steve Wiltgen

Originally from the Midwest, Steve Wiltgen developed a lifelong passion for boating while spending his early years along the shores of Lake Michigan in Southwest Michigan. That early connection to the water evolved into a career spanning more than two decades in yacht brokerage and a lifetime immersed in the boating lifestyle.

Today, Steve serves as a Yacht Broker with OneWater Yacht Group, helping buyers and sellers navigate yacht ownership with confidence, clarity, and trusted guidance. While based in Florida, Steve's network and client relationships extend throughout the United States and beyond, including strong connections throughout the Great Lakes region, Florida, and many of North America's most active boating markets.

A graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in Business, Steve combines strong business acumen with more than 20 years of experience as a licensed Florida Yacht Broker. He is also an active member of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA), reflecting his commitment to professionalism, ethical representation, and continued involvement within the yachting industry.

Throughout his career, Steve has guided clients through every stage of the yacht ownership journey—from identifying the right vessel and evaluating market opportunities to negotiating transactions, coordinating surveys, and managing successful closings. His experience spans a wide variety of vessel types, including luxury motor yachts, express cruisers, center consoles, sportfishing yachts, and custom new-build projects.
