An additional refrigerator/freezer can be found in the storage shed of the attached dock and a gas grill with side-burner is kept on the adjacent covered patio that also features a ceiling fan overhead. Sunshades are attached on the exterior at the front porch and on the adjacent patio for additional privacy and comfort during those hot summer afternoons at the lake. The main cabin is also equipped with a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

At the current mooring location this Floating Cabin is connected to shore power and seasonal water, while itand#39;s also equipped with a lake-water pump and Ultra Violet treatment system for year round water. Fishing lights are mounted close to the water off the covered front patio to aid in catching the next dayand#39;s bait or that nightand#39;s dinner. Rainy day or evening entertainment is supplemented with 3 SmartTVs throughout for when the fish arenand#39;t biting.

This TVA-Registered Floating Cabin has completed itand#39;s electrical inspection and (UPDATED 5/22/26) a grey water holding tank has just been installed and the previous black water tanks have been upgraded to a larger single tank. Now TVA 26a permitted!

The attached Concrete dockand#39;s flotation must be replaced by 2031 to remain in compliance with TVAand#39;s Floating Cabin Regulations.
