To starboard there is a door that leads out to the line handling deck.and#160;The safety of this area has been truly increased immeasurably by the seller by adding custom designedand#160;stainless steeland#160;railings that run the entire coaming.and#160;While his stainless steel artisan was busy creating these lower railing, the seller also had the artisan welder create additional toe railings for the upper deck.and#160;Two custom stainless steel ladders that are built to the specifications of a very astute yachtsman, were also added at that time.and#160;This provides safety for either crew or the owner operatorand#160;with easy safe access to the top of the aft deck and the top of the hard top. A custom fueland#160;manifold was designedand#160;by theand#160;owner and should be installed in all yacht engine rooms.and#160;It allows eitherand#160;of theand#160;enginesand#160;to draw fuel from eitherand#160;port or starboard fuel tanks.and#160;The two fuel tanksand#160;each has a dedicatedand#160;Racorand#160;Fuel Polisher.and#160;The top of the line fuel polishersand#160;can be run 24/7 always providing clean fuel. Thisand#160;airand#160;conditioned engine roomand#160;can be comfortable to work in.and#160;There areand#160;7 DOMETIC A/Cand#160;compressors are located at the forward end of the engine room on a raised platform.and#160;4 1 1/4andquot; GROCOand#160;and#160;strainers supply water to theand#160;2 3/4andquot; OBERDORFERand#160;pumps whichand#160;supply water to the 7 compressors.and#160;and#160;On his platformand#160;there is also aand#160;larger shipsand#160;water pump(shallow well pump)and#160;with an oversized pressureand#160;tank for theand#160;freshwater system.
